169-Point Inspection
If a Pre-Owned vehicle is less than 6 model years old and has less than 80,000 actual miles on the odometer, then it’s eligible to undergo Ford’s demanding 169-point Quality Check inspection process. Anything found to be below standard or deficient is repaired or replaced using only genuine Motorcraft® replacement parts. Only vehicles that pass this rigorous inspection become Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.

Comprehensive Warranty
The comprehensive warranty covers more than 500 components, including many high-tech parts, as well as the failure of covered components due to abnormal wear resulting from defective material or workmanship, in addition to mechanical break downs.

Vehicle History Overview Report
A vehicle history overview report is run on every Ford CPO vehicle as part of the 169-point inspection process, and includes known repairs, instances of odometer tampering and accident history.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance
Whichever road you travel in your Ford vehicle, trust that help is coming soon with Ford’s 24-hour roadside assistance program. It’s part of the power train limited-warranty coverage, which means you’re automatically covered for 6 years or 100,000 miles from the original in-service date. That’s 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case of breakdown, blowout, bad weather, anything.
